Pickup Procedures

Airport Pick Up Procedures

Essex Limousine makes every effort to adhere to current FAA and individual airport mandates regarding airport pickup and drop off procedures.  The following procedures are currently in effect when providing transportation for clients arriving at the airports listed below.

• Bradley Airport

  Our chauffeur will meet you downstairs at the baggage claim area.

• LaGuardia Airport

  Our chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area

• JFK Airport

  If you are arriving on an international flight, our chauffeurs will meet you outside the customs doors. For domestic flights, your chauffeur will meet you downstairs in the baggage claim area.

• Newark Airport

  If you are arriving on an international flight, our chauffeurs will meet you outside the customs doors. For domestic flights, your chauffeur will meet you downstairs in the baggage claim area.

• Boston Logan Airport

  Our chauffeurs will meet you at the Limousine Stand outside in front of your flight arrival terminal with the vehicle.

• New York Piers

  Our chauffeurs will meet you curbside on the lower level of your arrival pier.

• Point to Point

  If you cannot locate our chauffeur within 10 minutes please call Essex at 1-800-338-5466.

Please Note

All chauffeurs will have a large sign with your name on it along with our company name (Essex Limousine). All chauffeurs that cannot locate their passengers within 10 minutes of the flight arrival will proceed to the information desk. Passengers at that time should also proceed to the information desk and call Essex at 1-800-338-5466.
