Our Chauffeurs and Reservation Staff

All of Essex’s chauffeurs are carefully screened and professionally trained. They are required to successfully complete an extensive professional training course that includes courses in pre-trip inspections, safe-driving techniques, emergency procedures, grooming, and customer relations.

All Essex chauffeurs are required to undergo regular drug and alcohol testing, criminal background and DMV checks.

Our Fleet Operations Manager will routinely consult with individual chauffeurs concerning their specific driving habits and customer relation skills. A history of DriveCam incidents, customer surveys, incident reports and staff reviews are maintained for each chauffeur. The chauffeurs who have a history of safe driving habits remain a part of the Essex Limousine team. These practices result in a safe, comfortable and enjoyable trip for our clients.
